Starting in January 1998, H&L Builders constructed its first new home in Southern Illinois. With one of the owners having his roots as a 3rd generation builder and with both owners growing up and living within the Maryville and O'Fallon communities, the company can proudly call itself a local builder. This pride in its community has led to tremendous company growth, with H&L Builders now constructing homes in the popular residential communities of O'Fallon, Maryville, and Caseyville, Illinois.
